ISL’s planning process is centered around an annual planning cycle:

Throughout the process, we promise to:

• Make the best use of every minute of your time
• Stick to our roles as planning facilitators and not assume we know what’s right for your CU
• Adapt the process to fit your CU’s needs
• Respect the contribution of each person

ISL’s role goes beyond facilitating your annual planning session. It includes:

• Producing final documents
• Providing needed support throughout the year
• Facilitating annual Strategic Plan updates

In fact, most clients have a long-term relationship with ISL that spans many years, some over a decade.
